• Reviewing your current real estate will help determine your space needs for the future.  Identify your needs such as location, square footage, image, access, pricing, timing and other items will help me understand your real estate needs. 
• The planning process involves a careful examination of the data collected and other issues affecting the transaction.  Based on the desired objectives and the data analysis, the criteria will be set and a plan of action developed to help meet your expectations. 
• Based on the criteria and objectives, a survey will be prepared and a tour of the properties will occur.  Once properties have been selected I will request a proposal from the owner defining the main business points of the deal.  Negotiations begin along with reviewing the space plan and construction costs.  I will then guide you through the terms and conditions of an offer, negotiate the lease, and see it through to final signatures.
